Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, known as Wizkid, a Nigerian singer and songwriter. He started recording music at the age of 11 and managed to release a collaborative album with the Glorious Five, a group he and a couple of his church friends formed years back.
#Wizkid has recently taken some time out to reveal on twitter that his long-awaited #album, ‘#Made In #Lagos’ is finally #done.
He wrote:
“I’ve been working on my album and my spirit. Finally done, so, you know what that means. Very happy for growth and God’s guidance. I love my scars more than ever.”
We saw this coming at first in the year 2018 when Wizkid used those words a couple of times on social media with hashtags.
This would not be the first time he’s mentioned that the ‘Made In Lagos’ album was done. In 2019, he had us listen to some of the songs from the album live but the album wasn’t released.
Also via different Instagram posts, Wizkid has built anticipation for the album release and now we get to experience the release.
