OLAMIDE SENT LYTA AWAY FROM YBNL
Information reaching us revealed that there is trouble in YBNL camp.
Some months ago when Olamide signed Picazo and Yomi Blaze after they became highly mentioned on social media after the “Able God” Challenge freestyle.
And without proper contract signing procedures, Olamide the YBNL boss went ahead to sign these artists we only saw social media posts on his page announcing a new artiste on the YBNL team without any evidence of the artiste officially signing contracts.
No doubt, Olamide deserves more than a million accolades for giving young talented artistes on the street a platform for career growth but not offering them a paper work to seal their contracts doesn’t seem right.
In a recent development, Olamide has unfollowed Lyta on Instagram and according to verified inside sources who claimed anonymous, Olamide has truly dropped Lyta off YBNL.
Giving reasons like LYTA CLAIMS HE HAS SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO SIGN HIM and requested he wants to leave and olamide gave him his blessings.Even though he knows Lyta was lying, he still wished him well regardless and then Lyta goes about saying different Negative things about him.
He also made mention of the fact that the LABEL has a CALENDAR with a MUSIC RELEASE PLAN
According to Baddo, if he keeps pushing just 1 Artiste only, how would the label and every artiste signed under it grow?
At least, Lyta was popping in 2018 with 2 singles “Time” and “Self Made” with videos and now it’s another person’s turn to get that attention and Lyta must have been pissed, hence decided to leave not remembering other artistes too waited patiently when he had all the attention last year.
Then he stated that LYTA MIGHT BE JEALOUS OF FIREBOY’s SUCCESS LATELY
Olamide stated he wouldn’t want Negative vibes around him and so he decided to unfollow lyta so peace will reign.
And he later confirmed only Fireboy has a contract with YBNL, as he’s just helping others so they can have a smooth ride in the highly competitive music industry.
A whole lot of speculations have been surfacing from different angles but here is what really happened according to Lyta himself.
Lyta confirms there wasn’t a written or signed deal with YBNL, he said the label was only helping him to grow and he thanked Olamide for it. He also confirmed that for the first two songs he released “Time” and “Self Made”, he didn’t get paid but he was paid for subsequent shows scheduled for him to perform. He also said that he assumed Olamide will give a professional and brotherly advice if he told him he had another person willing to sign him not just wish him well and let him out of the label ‘cuz he has a blind mother to take care of and no money at all. He believes till date, he is cool with fireboy and Olamide misunderstood him and his intentions and he too never understood the label’s calendar for music release. He then concluded his session by saying he had to move on to what’s next thanking his fans for supporting him and staying with him even though he hasn’t released any song in a while.
